At MAVI Work, I led end-to-end talent acquisition for Accounting and FP&A roles, sourcing candidates across LATAM and APAC. I built a regional sourcing pipeline, finding approximately 100–200 candidate profiles weekly using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and personalized outreach.
At Bain & Company, I led lateral recruitment across business functions, delivering 15+ hires per quarter and partnering with 15+ stakeholders. I also trained and managed two junior recruiters and two interns.
I spearheaded campus recruitment across 15+ institutions, delivering 200+ undergraduate and postgraduate hires annually. Alongside recruitment, I managed onboarding and background verification, administered Workday and iCIMS, and built monthly HR dashboards.
