At Galaxy.ai, I’m the sole HR professional for a 30-member startup, building the people function from the ground up with the founders. I own hiring across tech and non-tech roles and manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
I drafted core HR policies and brought them together in the company’s first employee handbook. I also implemented the POSH framework, including the policy, Internal Committee, and employee awareness sessions.
At Zupee, I managed Keka, background verification, vendor relationships, and group medical insurance, and led tool integrations and process automation. Earlier, at Zomato Limited, I worked on platform data analysis, content moderation, and projects to identify and eliminate solicitation and suspicious activity.
