I’m an HR & talent acquisition specialist with 2+ years of experience across end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and people processes in AI, SaaS, and startup environments. With an MBA in Human Resource from NIT Kurukshetra, I bring hands-on expertise in high-volume and niche hiring, ATS/HRMS administration, onboarding, engagement, and grievance handling.
In my current role as Experience Manager - Human Resources (HR Operations & Talent Acquisition) at Green Rider Technology LLP (Ethara AI), I report directly to founders and turn workforce data into practical HR insights. I lead end-to-end hiring, manage staffing vendors, oversee payroll for 200+ employees, run attendance and leave through HRMS, and support compliance through PF/LWF coordination and statutory updates. I also serve as an Internal Committee (IC) Member under POSH and drive performance management, onboarding/offboarding, and fair, policy-compliant resolutions.
Previously, I strengthened recruiting operations as a Talent Acquisition Admin at Zazz IT Solutions, where I trained TA stakeholders and administered Zoho ATS to improve workflow efficiency.
