What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own HR operations and talent acquisition end-to-end, use HRMS/ATS and AI automation to improve hiring efficiency, and partner closely with founders and leadership to scale people processes with data-driven decisions.

I’m an HR & talent acquisition specialist with 2+ years of experience across end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and people processes in AI, SaaS, and startup environments. With an MBA in Human Resource from NIT Kurukshetra, I bring hands-on expertise in high-volume and niche hiring, ATS/HRMS administration, onboarding, engagement, and grievance handling.

In my current role as Experience Manager - Human Resources (HR Operations & Talent Acquisition) at Green Rider Technology LLP (Ethara AI), I report directly to founders and turn workforce data into practical HR insights. I lead end-to-end hiring, manage staffing vendors, oversee payroll for 200+ employees, run attendance and leave through HRMS, and support compliance through PF/LWF coordination and statutory updates. I also serve as an Internal Committee (IC) Member under POSH and drive performance management, onboarding/offboarding, and fair, policy-compliant resolutions.

Previously, I strengthened recruiting operations as a Talent Acquisition Admin at Zazz IT Solutions, where I trained TA stakeholders and administered Zoho ATS to improve workflow efficiency. I’ve also contributed as an Associate HRBP at Cresce Technology (SalaryBox) and earlier as an HR Trainee and HR Intern—using Zoho platforms (Zoho Recruit/People) and HR systems like Freshteams to improve onboarding experiences, manage employee data integrity, and deliver AI-driven automation that improved hiring turnaround times.
