At Moira Sariya (Jaideep Ispat & Alloys Pvt. Ltd.), I coordinate training and development across production, maintenance, quality, utilities, and support departments. I conduct Training Need Identification with department heads and prepare training calendars.
I coordinate technical, behavioral, statutory, and safety training, and maintain department-wise skill and competency matrices. I’ve coordinated training activities for 900+ employees and supported TPM Education & Training Pillar activities, including JIPM audit documentation.
My work also includes recruitment coordination for staff and plant manpower, employee onboarding, and ESIC registration and compliance support. I maintain employee records and assist with grievance handling and employee engagement activities.
Earlier, as a Purchase Apprentice at ACG Capsules, I coordinated procurement activities, prepared purchase orders in SAP, and worked with vendors on pricing, terms, and timely delivery.
