I am an aspiring maritime catering professional currently pursuing a certified course in maritime catering, aiming to begin my career in the merchant navy as a General Steward and progress to Chief Cook. I bring foundational culinary training, hands-on galley exposure, and a clear commitment to hygiene and teamwork.

I have practical experience working in an Indian cuisine galley role (3 commis) at a housekeeping/food service organization for four months, where I developed basic culinary techniques, learned galley equipment handling, and reinforced time management and teamwork skills.
