What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a long-term food production role in a reputed hospitality organization where I can strengthen my kitchen skills, support consistent service, and grow my culinary career.

I've supported food production at Oven Fresh Restaurant, preparing kitchen setups, mise en place, ingredient preparation, and final plating under the head chef's supervision.

During six months of industrial training at GCC Hotels Private Limited, I worked across food and beverage service, Chinese kitchen production, and housekeeping. My work included restaurant food pick-up, conference and banquet service, kitchen-store pick-up, vegetable cutting, room cleaning, and bed making.

I'm building a long-term hospitality career in food production, bringing hands-on kitchen discipline, food safety awareness, equipment handling, and high-volume service support.
