I’m a certified Cabin Crew member with 6+ months at SpiceJet, focused on passenger relations, service delivery, and strict adherence to safety and security protocols. I’m comfortable managing diverse passenger needs while keeping every flight operation aligned with AVSEC and DGR standards.

In my current role, I ensure 100% compliance with pre-flight safety checks and deliver clear safety demonstrations to support on-time departures. I provide premium, professional in-flight service of food and beverages, responding quickly to passenger requests and maintaining a welcoming cabin environment.

I manage passenger conflicts and service complaints calmly and efficiently, upholding customer satisfaction while protecting cabin security. I collaborate with a crew of 4–6 members to streamline boarding and deplaning, and I support cabin security and cleanliness post-flight.

Before joining onboard, I completed intensive ground training as a Trainee Cabin Crew member, building strong capabilities in airline operations, emergency procedures, fire fighting, and water survival techniques. I’m also trained and certified in Aviation Security (AVSEC), Dangerous Goods Regulation (DGR) handling, and First Aid for in-flight medical emergencies.
