I’m a committed Project Coordinator with a strong background in creating and managing program plans for cross-functional software initiatives. I specialize in stakeholder communication and engagement, driving the on-time delivery of high-quality digital products.

In my current role, I design and manage detailed program plans and schedules across a portfolio of digital transformation projects. I interpret project scope, develop plans to monitor Scrum progress, and keep delivery aligned with objectives.

I actively participate in Scrum ceremonies—Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives—while overseeing the agile development workflow to enable continuous delivery of value. I provide regular status updates on program progress, risks, and issues to internal business stakeholders as per the communication plan.

I also focus on proactive risk mitigation: I monitor key project metrics such as budget, timeline, resource allocation, risks, and issues, and escalate delays or budget overruns with analysis and corrective action plans. With my B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering and a Scrum & Jira for Project Management certification, I bring structured execution, clear communication, and disciplined stakeholder coordination to every project.
