I’m a Project Coordinator and Certified ScrumMaster®, with 11 years supporting enterprise IT projects through Agile delivery and PMO governance. I focus on planning, coordination, and clear execution—so stakeholders always have accurate visibility into progress, risks, and deliverables.

In my most recent role, I coordinated multiple concurrent enterprise IT initiatives by managing schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and documentation across business, development, QA, infrastructure, and vendor teams. I supported project planning, resource allocation coordination, release planning, and schedule monitoring to keep milestones on track.

I tracked project progress using Azure DevOps, maintained project trackers, dashboards, action logs, and risk registers, and ensured data accuracy for timely project reporting. I facilitated Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for testing and release.

I also lead end-to-end UAT coordination for application releases—working with business users, development teams, and external partners. From defect management and testing status updates to governance, SOP compliance, and MIS/executive dashboards, I help teams deliver confidently from planning through testing, release, and project closure.
