At the Energy Industries Council, I established and developed the global HR function across offices in the UK, Brazil, Houston, Dubai, Malaysia and Germany. I deliver people strategies spanning engagement, succession, reward, wellbeing, policy harmonisation and organisational restructuring.
I've built HR functions at Kallik and Salisbury Poultry, led HR transformation and TUPE processes, and partnered with schools and senior leaders on employee relations, systems and leadership coaching. I'm CIPD-qualified and bring over 10 years of experience across energy, education, technology, hospitality and manufacturing.
