At KeepInTouch LLC, I’m building a private group-sharing app where posts arrive together as a Sunday “newspaper.” I designed and built its iOS client in SwiftUI and a companion Swift server backed by PostgreSQL.
I defined a shared client-server protocol and built an in-memory offline backend so the full app runs for demos and tests without a server. I also encrypted photos and messages at rest, kept text out of notifications, and made account deletion erase all user data.
At Google, I implemented an optimization feature end to end that decreased server and client overhead, and designed its rollout plan to reduce the risk and impact of potential breakages. I also created load tests to measure backend performance and client latency, and migrated integration tests off a deprecated framework.
On Google’s Security Infrastructure Team, I developed a search RPC and built most of the 12 RPCs that brought search across the product. Earlier, as a Software Engineering Intern at Goldman Sachs, I designed frontend UI elements with REST API calls and wrote tests for error handling and edge cases.
