I’m a Workplace Strategist with 15 years of experience across space planning, project delivery, events, and operations—based in Delhi NCR throughout. I help organisations translate their vision into spaces that actually work for the people in them.

In my most recent role, I joined as a construction project coordinator and transitioned into interior space planning, working closely with leadership to understand their vision. I conducted cross-departmental briefing sessions to uncover how teams work and what environments they need, then coordinated designers and vendors to bring it all together.

I’ve delivered major interiors under tight timelines—delivering a project in under 18 months against a planned 2-year timeline—and coordinated 30+ people across architects, interior vendors, technical contractors, supervisors, and skilled labour. When challenges appeared (like a mid-project vendor failure), I sourced an alternative that preserved the original vision’s intent.

Before that, I managed business and operations across campaigns and client projects, and led end-to-end event execution through logistics, venue management, vendor coordination, and live operations. That blend of people-centered coordination and delivery discipline shapes how I build workplace strategy that’s practical, aligned, and ready to execute.
