I’m a detail-oriented payroll and administrative professional with Canadian experience in payroll processing, invoicing, accounts payable, reconciliations, and employee recordkeeping. I’m known for handling multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments while supporting smooth financial and administrative operations.

In my current role as a Payroll and Accounts Payable Specialist, I process bi-weekly payroll for up to 100 employees using QuickBooks and Telpay, ensuring accurate timesheets, attendance records, and payments. I also create and send customer invoices and reports, track overdue accounts, post payments, and reconcile bank statements.

I manage accounts payable through cheque runs and vendor payments, keeping disbursements timely and accurate. I also assist in T4/T4A reporting and ROE submissions, while recruiting, onboarding, and orienting temporary staff by organizing employee documents and maintaining compliant records.

Before moving into payroll, I strengthened my accuracy and compliance mindset through medical claims and provider credentialing work in India. Promoted to Senior Claims Representative, I managed end-to-end medical claims, handled denials and appeals, and supported process improvements—experience that translates directly into careful, compliant financial operations.
