What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote operations or executive support for founders and small business owners.

At AB Vergara Grocery, I directed day-to-day operations and finance, using sales, inventory, and cash data to guide business decisions. I managed purchasing and stock across more than 1,000 SKUs and coordinated with over 30 suppliers.

I built practical systems to keep work visible and consistent, including an Excel Daily Z-Reading Tracker with automated VAT formulas, purchase trackers, and staff SOPs. Improving visibility of slow-moving items helped reduce overstock and free working capital.

At Sailor’s Prime Mixes, I managed e-commerce operations, purchasing, and operational tracking. I organized supplier purchases by category, VAT treatment, value, and due date to support product availability and purchasing decisions.

I now advise the Sailor’s Prime Mixes management team after handing over operations. I’m a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor, trained in Xero, and seeking remote operations or executive support work with founders and small business owners.
