What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior clinical leadership role managing population health or care coordination programs where I can scale centralized care models, improve quality metrics, drive provider engagement, and lead cross-functional teams in a technology-enabled environment.

I am a transformational healthcare leader with 25+ years of experience designing and scaling clinical programs. I leverage my DNP and MSN to align clinical strategy with measurable KPIs and to drive adoption of technology and innovation that improve outcomes.

I have led cross-market initiatives including a standardized stroke program across 11 hospitals, integrating clinical alerts, lab data, and EMR extracts into actionable workflows. I partner with executive leadership to resolve interdisciplinary escalations and to ensure regulatory reporting and quality metric compliance.

In my current role as Network Clinical Coordinator I lead clinical workflow innovation, manage advanced practitioners providing telehealth and in-home assessments, and oversee multi-state quality improvement and provider coaching. Previously I coordinated complex care for hundreds of members as a Nurse Case Manager and exceeded national productivity benchmarks through staff mentoring.

I also teach nursing as an adjunct professor and bring a pragmatic, education-focused approach to clinical leadership. I am motivated by opportunities to scale centralized care models, improve value-based care metrics, and build high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
