What I'm looking for
I’m an executive coordination and operations professional with 18+ years supporting senior leadership across UNESCO and international development environments. I’m known as a trusted partner to C-level executives and Heads of Office, bringing diplomacy, confidentiality, and precision to every detail.
In my current role as Secretary to the Head of Office at UNESCO, I manage high-level communications, scheduling, travel, and stakeholder engagement. I coordinate meetings with government ministries, UN agencies, ambassadors, development partners, and international organizations, and I draft executive correspondence, briefing notes, reports, presentations, speeches, and official documentation.

I lead planning and logistics for conferences, workshops, missions, diplomatic visits, and virtual events, while maintaining secure document management systems and compliance with organizational procedures.
