What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply applied psychology to counselling systems and wellbeing—supporting school mental health, youth and organisational wellbeing—while contributing to operational delivery, training, and culturally responsive psychological interventions.

I’m a psychology graduate and applied mental health professional with hands-on experience supporting counselling, psychological assessment support, student mentoring, employee wellbeing, training, and mental health programme delivery. I’ve worked across counselling-related support, psychoeducation, conflict resolution, documentation, and report writing to support decision making and intervention planning.

Currently serving as an Operations Manager, I coordinate organisational operations for a consulting environment delivering psychological, well-being, and organisational development services. I support recruitment, onboarding, team coordination, and staff performance processes with a strong focus on workplace wellbeing and professional growth, while contributing to internal systems, policies, and reporting structures that improve accountability and operational effectiveness. I’m especially interested in applied psychology, school mental health, counselling systems, youth wellbeing, organisational wellbeing, and culturally responsive psychological interventions, aligned with my postgraduate goal.
