Designed and developed BPRM, UNHCR, and WFP project proposals with comprehensive procurement plans, managing an annual budget of $850,000 USD. Provided overall leadership, technical direction, and management oversight to 22 program staff and 273 community outreach agents in seven refugee camps.

Provided technical assistance and prepared project monitoring plans, analyzing data to propose alternative strategies for program implementation. Managed a $457,000 USD integrated project on Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and Gender-Based Violence.

Performed Integrated Supportive Supervision (ISS) and Catchment Based Clinical Mentorship (CBCM) on MNCH services in hospitals and health centers. Conducted routine data quality assessments for health facilities to improve diagnostic capacity.

Led and provided hands-on training, evaluation, and technical support for Jhpiego's Helping Mother's Survive (HMS) training project. Coordinated and monitored the HMS training project collaboratively with other trainers and UNFPA midwifery specialists.

Managed a USAID-supported Human Resources for Health project, conducting training needs assessments and capacitating midwifery educators. Developed items for national licensure exams and need-based cross-cutting courses for healthcare professionals.

Actively participated in health coordination meetings, providing information and raising strategic and technical issues concerning reproductive health. Ensured adherence to MOH and WHO protocols for standardized care in clinical management of rape survivors.

Established the first midwifery department and regulatory standards in alignment with ICM Standards for Midwifery Education. Advocated for the midwifery program and profession to key stakeholders, leading to the launch of the first group of level IV midwifery students.

Actively participated in planning and implementation of Antenatal, Labour and delivery, postnatal care, Family planning, and Expanded Program of Immunization. Submitted monthly and quarterly reports for various health programs to ensure harmonious and smooth functioning.

Completed a Master's degree focusing on international coordination and humanitarian aid. This program provided advanced knowledge and skills essential for effective humanitarian response and global cooperation.

Obtained a Master of Public Health, specializing in public health. This program equipped me with comprehensive knowledge in public health principles, research, and practice.

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery, focusing on comprehensive maternal and child healthcare. This degree provided foundational knowledge and practical skills in midwifery.
