At the Federal Ministry of Health, Ethiopia, I manage a multi-million USD portfolio of donor-funded health programs, coordinating work plans, budgets, implementation progress, reporting, and compliance.
I coordinate the multi-donor RMNCH Compact and work with government institutions, donors, NGOs, CSOs, regional health bureaus, and implementing partners. I also review CSO health project proposals and coordinate project evaluations and donor-funded audits.
Earlier, at Agar Ethiopia Charitable Society, I managed health programs serving survivors of human trafficking girls and women. I hold a Master of Public Health from Addis Ababa University and a PRINCE2 Project Management Foundation certification.
