What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue delivering patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care in a collaborative healthcare environment, with opportunities to support diverse patients, strengthen clinical skills, and advocate for patient wellbeing.

I'm currently providing mental health nursing care at Mt Gay Psychiatric Hospital for the Government of Grenada. I conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer psychiatric medications, and support patients during acute crises.

Previously, I delivered direct nursing care at St Augustine Medical Services, monitoring patient progress, conducting intake assessments, assisting with minor procedures, and coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

My clinical foundation was built as a Student Nurse at Grenada General Hospital, where I tracked patient conditions, performed wound care and IV-related procedures, obtained vital signs and blood glucose readings, and collaborated with the healthcare team.

I'm a licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. George's University, committed to patient advocacy, culturally competent care, and evidence-based practice.
