I’m an Administrative Assistant with three years managing student records and documentation, keeping data accurate across multiple systems. I’m proud of maintaining records with “zero errors requiring correction,” and I build tracking processes that make follow-ups clear and reliable.

In my school role, I handled document collection, file completion, and family follow-up to ensure required materials were submitted. I also created and maintained Excel-based tracking systems, prepared and distributed letters, and supported parents and staff through phone, email, and in-person customer service.

Before that, I interned with the Board of Inland Revenue during a high-volume tax amnesty period, processing 50+ daily applications with zero data entry errors. I verified documentation accuracy for 100+ cases, mastered an enterprise database system within one week, and strengthened compliance-focused follow-up by tracking missing documents and escalating delays.
