I am a dedicated leave representative with extensive experience in managing employee leaves of absence. Since August 2020, I have been responsible for placing employees on leave, ensuring their smooth return to work, and managing all related documentation in SAP. My role requires meticulous attention to detail, as I review medical certifications and handle sensitive employee inquiries through our hotline.

Prior to my current position, I spent seven years in various roles within the workers' compensation and FMLA sectors. I successfully placed distribution employees on various types of leave and tracked intermittent FMLA requests using Kronos. My experience as a personnel manager allowed me to oversee a team and manage attendance across multiple buildings, ensuring compliance and efficiency in our operations.

My career began at Hobby Lobby Stores, where I honed my leadership skills as a Department Head and Assistant Manager. I was responsible for store operations, inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer service. This diverse background has equipped me with the skills necessary to excel in employee relations and leave management.
