I've supported regulated operations at FirstDay Foundation (BCFS), coordinating production support across seven Salesforce environments serving approximately 10,000 users and 70+ programs.

As Salesforce Support Manager, I led intake, assignment, escalation, resolution, and completion of high-volume work while tracking deadlines, backlogs, risks, and performance through dashboards and status reports. I protect sensitive and personally identifiable information while coordinating program teams, vendors, administrators, developers, and executives.

Previously, I translated state and federal contract requirements into workflows, controls, validation rules, compliance reports, SOPs, and tracking tools. I investigate data discrepancies, verify record completeness, and improve operational visibility across enterprise systems.

My seven years at Mainely Mortgages included managing conventional mortgage files from application through closing, reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance, and resolving issues with borrowers, lenders, vendors, and closing parties.
