I’m looking for a virtual assistant role where I can support executives with calendar and inbox management, client communications, reliable documentation, and accurate financial record-keeping—while working in a fast-paced, professional team.

I’m an accountancy graduate who brings a detail-oriented approach to virtual support—especially where reliability, confidentiality, and fast execution matter. I focus on organizing day-to-day operations so clients and executives can stay productive and confident.

In my Administrative & Finance Assistant attachment/internship at Elegant properties-Kenya, I supported daily administrative operations like filing, record-keeping, and document preparation. I also helped maintain financial records, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports—while managing client communications and front-office support.

I’m passionate about optimizing workflows through calendar and inbox management, clear communication, and accurate documentation.
