I'm seeking a fully remote Data Analyst role where I can use SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and operational data to deliver reporting, dashboard insights, KPI tracking, and process improvements.

I've analyzed customer interactions, CRM data, sales performance, and support trends for ALM GMC South, Stonecrest Honda, Jim Ellis Automotive Group, and Best Buy. My reporting and KPI tracking help teams improve customer experience, follow-up efficiency, resolution times, and sales outcomes.

I'm building deeper analytics capability through SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and dashboard projects, including sales performance, customer churn, and COVID-19 visualizations.
