What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support clients with tax filings and insurance/billing, stay organized with scheduling and records, and be trusted to handle questions—while working in a team that values accuracy and customer care.

I’m a Certified Tax Professional with experience helping clients confidently with their returns. At HR Block (Dunlap, TN), I filed client returns, answered tax questions, and called the IRS when clients needed specific information about their returns.

I also bring strong front-desk and coordination skills. I handled receptionist duties like filing away folders and scheduling appointments for clients, keeping everything organized and moving smoothly.

Beyond tax, I’ve worked Insurance/Billing at Valley Family Dental, including insurance verification, billing insurances, and calling on behalf of patients (including dealing with the VA). I also hold a TN State License-Pharmacy Tech and have training in nursing through TCAT Crossville, which supports my attention to detail and compliance-focused mindset.
