What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support efficient office operations, customer service, supplier coordination, record management, and timely delivery of goods and services.

At the Association of Energy Professionals Eastern Africa, I provide day-to-day administrative support, coordinate suppliers and executive committee approvals, manage membership records, and help plan events and training programs.

Previously, I prepared quotations and managed office operations at Adscope The Design Centre, and at United Millers I processed invoices, updated customer records in Oracle, and coordinated with logistics teams to support timely deliveries.

Across customer service, sales, and call centre roles with D-Light, Lenovo (Safarcom), and Fones Direct, I’ve handled customer needs, reports, inventory, after-sales support, and relationship management. I bring over six years of experience in record management, procurement practices, invoicing, and customer-focused administration.
