I’m a legal professional with over five (5) years of combined experience in legal practice and senior-level contract management, combining clear legal judgment with fast, accurate turnaround. I specialize in drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating complex agreements while aligning legal and business priorities through practical risk assessment and mitigation.

In my current role, I manage end-to-end commercial contracting across MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, licensing, procurement, and partnership agreements, supported by standardized templates and checklists to deliver streamlined workflows. I’m also a Certified AML specialist (ACAMS), integrating AML and compliance insights into commercial decision-making, and I’ve previously served as an Associate Attorney handling court appearances, pleadings, legal research, and litigation support.
