What I'm looking for

I seek an in-house or senior commercial counsel role where I can lead contracting, improve procurement controls, manage cross-border agreements, and work collaboratively with business and risk teams.

I am an attorney-at-law with ten years of experience providing legal services to companies, combining five years in law firms and five years as in-house counsel. I work comfortably in international environments and advise on cross-border commercial matters.

In my current role as Corporate Counsel I review, draft and negotiate enterprise SaaS, procurement and partner agreements, improve procurement processes, and manage DPA/SCC GDPR matters for US-based customers. I collaborate closely with Security, Risk, Finance, People Operations and Sales to align contracting with business needs.

Earlier roles included supporting export and public procurement for a special vehicles manufacturer, full-service client representation at law firms, and corporate governance and transactional work for an automotive group. I have experience litigating civil, administrative and international proceedings and preparing legal opinions in English.

I hold professional mediator training, high proficiency in English (C2), and practical experience with legal English and translations. I am results-focused, pragmatic in negotiations, and committed to improving contracting efficiency and risk controls.
