At KLDiscovery, I coordinated a group-wide entity rationalisation project that reduced the legal entity count from 55 to 28, and prepared KYC documentation for each affected entity. I also designed AI agents for legal, finance, and compliance operations and integrated them with SpotDraft and NetSuite.
Previously, at Factor Law, I drafted, reviewed, and negotiated commercial agreements under US and EU law for international IT and manufacturing clients. I handled about 30 agreements a month, including DPAs and other contracts with values up to USD 10 million, while applying GDPR requirements to cross-border arrangements.
