I am a Senior International Corporate & Tax Lawyer with extensive experience advising on cross-border legal structuring and international tax planning for over 173 entities across multiple jurisdictions.

I have progressed through roles from paralegal and associate to senior structuring lawyer at leading firms and a global IT company (under NDA), leading incorporations, corporate governance, liquidation and group structuring across jurisdictions including Cyprus, Hong Kong, BVI and Seychelles.
