What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to reliable software products through troubleshooting, issue resolution, full-stack development, software testing, and high-quality user support in an Agile environment.

I'm currently an Associate Software Support Engineer at Dpinfotech, following a full-time Software Engineer internship at the Ministry of Fisheries. I troubleshoot issues, resolve technical problems, and support users in Agile environments.

I've built web and mobile projects including an Automated Interview Processing System, a Project Module Management System, and a tea distributor management application using the MERN stack. My work also includes a Kotlin and Firebase budget-tracking app, an identity issuing service in C++, and an online ticket reservation system.

I'm an Information Technology graduate with a strong foundation in full-stack development, software testing, system reliability, and high-quality user support.
