At IFS R&D International, I optimized a file-repair tool, reducing its execution time from approximately three hours to ten seconds.

I also contributed to a data error correction tool that reduced manual workload by approximately 50%, and supported Java application enhancements that enabled automated code changes without interrupting the running system.

As an Undergraduate Trainee – Software Engineering, I contributed to the Near Zero Downtime initiative and monitored daily system jobs, assisting with operational issues and production support.

In my projects, I developed the FastAPI-based Insight Engine for TruGanic Crop-to-Shelf Confidence and built features for mobile applications including AWSSmart Dispose and Work Wave. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology, Specialising in Software Engineering, from Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology.
