I’m an enthusiastic BCA graduate and IT Service Desk Engineer with expertise in SQL, customer service, and IT support. I’m passionate about delivering technical excellence, problem-solving quickly, and continuously learning to improve end-user support.

At Accenture (Estée Lauder project), I provide technical support to end-users through IT service desk requests. I resolve hardware and software issues efficiently, ensure timely incident resolution, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Previously at Microland Limited as an Engineer – Service Desk, I delivered first-level support and performed basic troubleshooting for client applications and user issues. I created and managed Active Directory user accounts, including password resets, group membership updates, and access management, while handling day-to-day AD administration for onboarding, role changes, and deactivation.

I’m dedicated, adaptable, and focused on strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service. I’m aiming to secure a role where I can expand my technical expertise and contribute to high-quality end-user support.
