I’m an IT Specialist with an MSc in Information Technology and hands-on experience supporting schools’ computer labs and day-to-day IT needs. I install and maintain desktop/laptop hardware, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and configure operating systems, routers, and switches.

I also manage IT assets and documentation, set up remote support, and implement basic cybersecurity practices like antivirus, access control, and data protection. With my background in web development, data analysis and visualization, cloud and IT infrastructure, and machine learning/big data, I aim to improve services through clear problem analysis and process improvement.
