I'm looking for HR, talent acquisition, workforce planning, or demand management opportunities where I can lead hiring initiatives, partner with stakeholders, and improve recruitment outcomes through analytics and effective talent pipelines.

I'm currently supporting Accenture's Demand Management team through Adecco, raising resource demands and allocating cross-functional talent to project pipelines based on skills, availability, and budgets to reduce bench time.

I've delivered end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, payroll, and HR operations for Iberia Pharmaceuticals, RGF Select India, and Skin Elements. I recruit across sales, IT, HR, marketing, finance, and niche roles using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS platforms, and Workday HCM.
