I’m a LegalTech & corporate law specialist with over 14 years of experience across financial transactions, regulatory compliance, structured documentation, and legal research. I’ve consistently been trusted to manage complex legal operations and oversee high-value instruments like debentures, bonds, and security trustee transactions.

As Chief Manager and Team Leader at IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited, I led teams that drafted and reviewed key documents including Debenture Trust Deeds, Trustee Agreements, Escrow Agreements, and Security Trustee Agreements. I also oversaw compliance monitoring and audits for complex financial instruments, coordinating execution with external legal advisors and lenders’ counsel.
