I’m looking to lead Contract Management and Contract lifecycle and compliance across commercial and regulatory teams—building templates, CLM workflows, and risk controls that help the business move fast, stay audit-ready, and prevent disputes.

I am a results-driven Legal and Compliance Professional with Contract Management expertise, bringing 9+ years of experience across diverse organizations in the UAE and India. I specialize in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with corporate, commercial, and regulatory frameworks.

As a Legal Counsel at AI Tech Solutions Ltd., I manage end-to-end contract lifecycles—from structuring and risk assessment to execution and ongoing compliance monitoring. I develop and standardize contract templates and playbooks, advise stakeholders on contractual rights and risk allocation, and support dispute resolution by drafting legal notices and coordinating with external counsel.
