At Fiscal Law Partners, I practise indirect tax before the High Court of Karnataka and support contracting across client matters. I manage assigned matters from research and drafting through filing and follow-up, while keeping clients and stakeholders informed about case status and risks.

At RiskCortex Limited, I managed a team of five delivering client projects and designed legal, operational and contractual workflows. I supported onboarding by explaining AI-assisted regulatory processes in practical, non-technical terms, and contributed to engagements with AstraZeneca and Mondelez involving data validation packs and regulatory risk assessments.

At Legal Back Office, I worked extensively with LightYear Docs to update, quality-check and deploy legal document templates. I also coordinated quality assurance for the beta launch of TaxGuru AI, checking output accuracy and helping mitigate hallucinations before client-facing deployment.

Earlier, as a Legal Intern – Corporate at Stratage Law Partners, I drafted and vetted shareholder and share subscription agreements and supported transaction documentation. My work spans legal research, commercial and corporate contracts, document automation and AI output quality assurance.
