I also led end-to-end stakeholder management, executive reporting, launch communications, and post-launch operations.

I've transformed policy and merchant-offer workflows through centralized platforms, structured intake portals, Jira tracking, and AI-enabled automation. My Slack integration for Cortana AI automatically synced launch-critical information to Jira and a master tracker, reducing manual status tracking by 50%.

Earlier, I led operational teams at Uber and provided enterprise technical support at IBM, building a foundation in service delivery, troubleshooting, KPI and SLA management, and customer-focused operations.
