I'm looking to lead strategic programs and operations where I can build scalable systems, align executive and cross-functional stakeholders, manage complex portfolios, and deliver measurable outcomes in mission-driven or growth-focused organizations.

I've led enterprise talent, operations, and strategic programs at Capital One, Travel Noire, Kasa Living, and Sapient Government Services. At Capital One, I managed early-career programs supporting 100+ interns annually, achieved 80%+ conversion and 98% satisfaction, and built a new program that continues to operate today.

Through Second Brain Advisors, I help executives and small business leaders build governance functions, reporting cadences, risk frameworks, and strategic narratives.
