I've led warehouse, logistics and supply chain operations across Solar MD, Takealot.com, Loot.co.za, Nordex Windpower South Africa and Stingray Group. My work spans renewable energy, e-commerce, manufacturing, FMCG, courier and distribution environments.

At Stingray Group, I directed four warehouses with inventory exceeding R145 million and bonded stock above R100 million, maintaining approximately 98% stock accuracy and improving picking accuracy to 99.5%. I also delivered daily dispatch targets of approximately R2.5 million.

At Takealot.com, I led an 80-person dispatch operation in an 11,600 m² distribution environment, managing workflow, automation, stock accuracy, budgets and continuous improvement. Across my career, I've managed teams of up to 168 employees, 33 delivery routes and high-volume e-commerce operations handling approximately 26,000–38,000 orders per day.

I bring hands-on leadership across inventory governance, multi-site warehousing, procurement, import/export, fleet operations, ERP/WMS, compliance, budgeting and process design. I focus on disciplined controls, practical SOPs and operational improvements that strengthen service, accuracy and cost performance.
