I've led depot, warehouse, transport, and distribution operations across FMCG, retail, cold chain, and multi-site environments, with full P&L, budget, and KPI accountability.

At Vital Distribution Solutions, I managed Gauteng IDL sites and nine satellite branches, overseeing depot profitability, long-distance distribution, labour relations, compliance, and staff development. I implemented POD management systems that resulted in zero rand owed to IDL at contract close.

Previously, I managed logistics and distribution for Lylax Bedding (Serta), including route optimisation, freight negotiations, forecasting, budgets, stock control, and quality assurance. At M&IC SA within Brandcorp Group, I managed warehouse and distribution operations across three business units, including approximately R35 million in stock and 85 employees.

I'm a hands-on operator who builds dependable systems for cost control, stock loss prevention, service delivery, and safe, productive teams. I currently run my own business, managing logistics, staffing, financial control, and customer service.
