I'm seeking a Data & Business Analyst role where I can turn data into accurate reports and actionable recommendations.

At Optum, I document and categorize customer interaction data to identify recurring issues and trends that support data-driven process improvements. I also maintain structured records of customer feedback and resolution outcomes, using root-cause analysis to escalate complex cases.

In my data analytics projects, I analyzed Zomato restaurant data to answer business-style questions about ratings and costs. I also used Google Sheets to clean data and build recurring reports, and developed a personal finance tracker with input validation and automated email confirmations.
