At Santander Consumer USA, I direct enterprise software initiatives across six Agile engineering teams supporting lending platform capabilities for more than 1.4 million active retail installment contracts.

I lead 10+ concurrent application initiatives, quarterly planning for 50+ stakeholders, and release readiness across engineering, product, architecture, QA, security, operations, and business teams. I focus on aligning roadmaps, resolving dependencies, mitigating risk, and delivering reliably to production.

Before becoming a Technical Program Manager, I led end-to-end software delivery as a Scrum Master and Business Systems Analyst, translating business objectives into technical requirements, prioritized backlogs, and executable solutions.

I began my career building enterprise web applications at Crossvale and regulatory reporting applications at ARGO. My background in Angular, JavaScript, REST APIs, and the full SDLC helps me connect delivery leadership with the realities of software engineering.
