I built and operate Lingofloat, an AI language-learning product serving 200–300 registered users across web and iOS. I own its React, TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB and Capacitor stack, from new features through production maintenance.
I improved video-processing time from roughly 90 seconds to 18–24 seconds, introduced BullMQ/Redis workers for long-running AI tasks, and built typed, schema-validated LLM workflows with evaluation for quality, reliability, latency and cost.
At Adelaide University, I support education platforms and internal tools for a 70,000+ user organisation. I build and migrate services, lead reliability and decommissioning work, and diagnose production incidents across .NET, Python, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Elastic and New Relic.
