I founded and run Bytecraft Labs Australia, an indie software studio where I build products end-to-end across architecture, backend systems, deployment, and release.
At La Trobe University, I engineered proteomic and genomic data pipelines for antigen-antibody binding research, achieving an F1 score of 86.3 on a challenging benchmark. I also benchmarked and fine-tuned AlphaFold3, AlphaFold Multimer, and ESM2 models for prediction accuracy and computational efficiency.
I've delivered applied AI products including SmartAccess, a computer-vision accessibility auditing prototype for government stakeholders, CoderWEB, a cloud-deployed coding platform, and an F1 strategy optimisation system using PyTorch LSTMs.
