At Dayton Metro Library, I improved scheduling capabilities, reducing schedule generation and adjustment time by 75%. I also expanded physical inventory space by 837 linear feet and improved virtual inventory records by 8% through work on the Main Library’s adult fiction and nonfiction collection.
As Information Services Manager, I oversaw department operations and a $1.1 million budget, and hired, trained, supervised, and evaluated 28 staff. Earlier, at Washington-Centerville Public Library, I reorganized Graphic Novel collections, increasing circulation per title by 25% and physical collection size by 57% across two libraries.
