What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an administrator, lecturer, or adjunct faculty position as a highly experienced diversity, equity, and inclusion strategist, working in JEDI, organizational development, and mission-driven organizations.

At Gold Enterprises, LLC, I provide educational sessions, executive coaching, facilitation, and strategic planning for aspiring multicultural and anti-racist organizations. My work has served higher education, health professions, government agencies, and professional membership organizations.

At Towson University, I co-led and launched “A More Inclusive TU,” the institution’s first diversity strategic plan. I also advised academic colleges and departments and worked on faculty recruitment, development, and retention initiatives.

At the University of Maryland College Park, I developed assessment plans and reporting for student programs, and created handbooks for student employees and graduate assistants. I also launched the first Conference on Racial Identity Development.

My teaching has included intercultural campus leadership and student development courses at Towson University, Georgetown University, The George Washington University, and the University of Maryland. I hold an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University.
