What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead research, evaluation, and organizational change efforts that improve equitable STEM and higher education outcomes, translate evidence into practice, and strengthen sustainable partnerships.

I'm leading organizational change research for TEAM-UP Together and managing mixed-methods evaluation at the HBCU STEM-US Research Center at Morehouse College. My work examines how programs influence student persistence, career trajectories, and equitable STEM degree completion.

At WestEd, I managed partnerships across nine state agencies and up to four concurrent state-level projects ranging from $40K to $1.2M. I led needs assessments across four states and more than 100 school districts, translating findings into policy, practice, and statewide program improvements.

My research has produced peer-reviewed publications on Black STEM mentoring, scientific literacy, growth mindset, and interventions for students historically underrepresented in STEM. I have also supported more than $10M in federal grants, state contracts, and cooperative agreements for education research and technical assistance.

Earlier, I taught Scientific Literacy at Morehouse College, mentored students toward advanced degrees and STEM careers, and served as an assistant principal and social studies teacher. I bring a practical, culturally responsive approach grounded in research, student support, and systems-level change.
